“ Top notch selection, great flavors, generous servings. It's like eating at your neighbor's or auntie's house. Highly recommend. ”
“ Always a go to taco spot when in mount baker /rainier area. They have a variety of options. I've had tacos , burritos , birria , carne asada plate. Everything has been good. Wait time isn't long but it can get very busy during lunch time work hours as a lot of trade jobs stop here. They do have table and chairs under a tent that you can sit. ”
“ This place has good tacos. I come here often but be prepared for hit or miss on your food sometimes. All their meats are pretty good. I would say the lengua was my favorite. I wanted to try adobada but they gave me chicken instead. Overall it was delicious and I'll come back. ”
“ This place is good. But not terribly vegetarian-friendly. Pretty authentic Mexican. We asked if they could make the food vegetarian. They made it with beans and rice, which I highly doubt didn't contain any caldo de pollo or lard. We went on a cold day. I do not recommend it, unless you're doing takeaway. It's a food truck and the canopy over the benches does not provide much protection. They should definitely invest in warmers. The service is solid though. The staff is courteous and helpful. ”
“ Amazing food! Tacos and cheesy fries is my combo. If you have to choose only one menu item, then it has to be the asada tacos. ”
“ In general the food here is always great, but for me it's the breakfast burritos. You won't find a burrito padded with too much potato here, Instead you'll find a perfectly balanced spread of eggs, crispy hashbrowns, cheese, and meat of your choice. Perfection ”
“ We have tried tacos with carnitas, lengua, pork stomach and beef cheek. All tacos are amazing especially the stomach and cheek. Love the pickles that comes with all dishes, jalapeños are spicy and good. Only downside is they do not provide napkins on the desk, which is hard to clean after a messy meal. Overall highly recommend! ”
“ Pretty good food, their veggie burrito was a bit bland but once dressed up with some salsa and hot sauce (and the pickled carrots and peppers) it was much better...felt like they needed some seasoning on the veggies or more salt in the rice or something. They're open late and convenient if you're traveling South out of Seattle, and the people were super friendly. If you're in a rush in the evening I'd recommend calling ahead to order if you can, to avoid the wait. ”
“ My favorite, close to me, taco truck. Really good tacos, burritos and flautas. Carnitas are very good and so is the carne asada. Their green salsa is the bomb. ”
“ I have mixed feelings on Tacos El Asadero. I tried 3 days in a row to order a tamale and each day they said they had none. I tried once in the morning, once for early dinner and once late night. I also tried to order beef taquitos and they were out of those too. I'm not sure if they use frozen taquitos and ran out. The young guy who worked there was nice. I ended up ordering carnitas tacos and spicy pork tacos that comes with the standard onions and cilantro with two tortillas. The salsa came on the side and had a little bit of a bit. You also get pickled carrots, radish, lime and jalapeño. The carnitas were tender with a crisp on the outside and good flavor. The spicy pork was flavorful too. I would give the tacos 4 stars but a sad face for having tamales on the menu but none for sale over three days. The Taco bus is cool with seating inside and a covered area outside with tables. To avoid any disappointment I will stop trying to order tamales or beef taquitos. There is nothing worse to looking forward to something and then not be able to get the item. I'll still go back for tacos. ”
